The Club Team Overview
We practice 2-3 times a week, and play games/tournaments on the weekend.
In our practices our goal is to raise the Basketball IQ of each player. We’ll go over the fundamentals of:
- Shooting
- Ball Handling
- Game Situation Drills
- and Physical Agility & Conditioning
On game days, we’ll put our methods and practices to the testโthen review our performances and take what we’ve learned forward into practices and, the following games. A complete cycle of learning and growth.
Ultimately, the goal is to get better at the game of Basketball, have fun while doing it, and learn a few invaluable life lessons along the way.
